The Irony in Businesses for Sale

The book ""Rich Dad, Poor Dad"" mentions that if you want to be rich, entrepreneurship is the way to go. But how true is it when one has to spend money to build one? In search engines, when the words Businesses for Sale are typed in, articles and links leading to selling, rental or lease agencies for ad spaces, materials, store locations and others related to starting a business appear. A lot of owners will agree when I say that the success of ones business greatly depends on ones fate. One has to have capital and the ability to take risks. Of course, an entrepreneur has to be smart to be successful. But the economy these days makes it hard for a person to keep his/her business. With all the bills that have to be paid, materials to be maintained, and products that may be spoiled, most businesses end in bankruptcy, leading the owner in poverty rather than making a person earn for a better life. With this being said, we start to question: is business really the solution to being rich, or will it dig our graves to indigence?     Image Credit: www.fetna2015.org
